Found out more info, an example why our webmaster should be careful not to promulgate snippets of news that is (maybe) not factual correct and complete, and has no authority or words mentioned from the other society.

*Important *update by Euvgen UW5ZM:
These rules only apply for new hams. We all have authorization papers in our hands where it’s written what our band plan is, and the date when this authorization paper ends (red marker).

For example this is the authorization papers of UY0ZG

It means that many Ukrainian hams do have permission to work on 10100-10150kHz, 14250-14350kHz for 2013-2015.

Ukrainian government has confirmed the new rules for radioamateurs. We lost following frequencies: 10100-10150 kHz, 14250-14350 kHz, 1240-1300MHz, 2300-2450 MHz, 5670-5850 MHz, 10-10,1GHz, 10,15-10,5GHZ, 24,05-24,25GHz, 76-77,5GHz , 78-81GHz, 122,25 -123,0GHz , 134-136GHz, 136-141GHz, 241-248GHz, 248-250GHz.

Slaba federatie au...Trist!

Nu stiu daca o astfel de "rearanjare" ar reflecta "slabiciunea" unei federatii, de obicei asa ceva se intampla in urma unor "presiuni" puternice venite din alta parte, ca rezultat a unor interese...
Intr-o "democratie" ca cea de acolo, ma indoiesc ca s-a cerut parerea "federatiei" de acolo si probabil ca s-au trezit cu faptul implinit.

Insa nu inteleg cine ar putea fi interesat atat de tare de spectrul de HF respectiv, in conditiile in care interesul comercial general pentru HF a scazut in ultimii ani.
Si oare cum vor putea fi evitate problemele de interferenta cu serviciile (de amator) din alte tari (vecine), practic se distruge "armonizarea" alocarilor de frecvente.
In ultimii ani am scapat in HF de multe statii de broadcasting si in special din segmentul eliberat 7,1...7,2 MHZ, poate ne trezim acum ca apar altele (sau alte emisiuni de la alte servicii) de la vecini, in alte benzi ...
